Sarah Easdon

Farmer

A nurse turned goat-farmer, Sarah is tickled with the opportunity to improve the lives of those around her through the gift of goats and their products. She keeps the farm cogs running – “Farm Boy’s” projects, busy 2-legged kids, and bouncy 4-legged kids. As if that’s not enough, she’s always on the lookout for a chance to teach others about how raw milk makes life better!

Colton Easdon

"Farm Boy"

Don’t let him fool you. What began over a decade ago as “you won’t see me milking goats” is now a suburban male turned farmer. He loves every bit of it, but will use his dry humor to earn a laugh.

ps – he’s a nerd.

Then and now... some things don't change.

The Back Story...

Grace Heritage Farms

“Grace” is the middle name of four generations of women. Women who:

  •  are saved by grace.
  •  love people.
  •  love goats.

Are dedicated to helping you thrive!

Four Generations

Stemming from a four-generation line of women passionate for goats and with the middle name of "Grace," our Nubian micro-dairy is here to serve you! We care about you as an individual and desire to provide you with the highest quality raw goats milk to meet your unique needs.

The Animals

Meet the animal team! The dairy goats, meat goats, and poultry are all pasture-raised so that your health benefits in the most natural way.

Yes! Real food for real animals to nourish your body to thrive!

Fun facts:

1. Even the dogs and cats have special jobs! The guard dogs keep the livestock safe from predators and barn cats control the mice.

2. There are currently about 25 goats in the Grace Heritage Farms herd,  with new kids born every spring.

3. (our personal favorite) All of the dairy goats have the names of philosophers, mathematicians, and scientists. We affectionately call them “The Intellects.”

How they eat:

Our goats graze rotationally, meaning they feed off the pasture and move every 2-4 days to ensure they always have fresh forage during the milking season. Rotational grazing keeps the goats healthy to the point where they do not need routine medication and optimizes the health of our pastures, too.

Many farmers do not raise their goats this way because it is labor-intensive to maintain. However, we have found the benefits worth every hour of moving the fence!

It is a true honor to steward our livestock and our land to optimize the health of both, which ultimately benefits you! When the animals and the land are cared for, it produces a great product that allows you and your family to thrive! ❤️
