What is Raw?

That’s easy – it’s unpasteurized!

Pasteurization is the process where milk is heated up to kill any harmful bacteria that may be present in milk. At Grace Heritage Dairy, milk is left in the raw form to allow YOU to decide how you want to handle your product. Raw goats milk has a rich and delicious flavor.

Heat up your milk in a clean pot to 165°F for 15 seconds
and you’re all set!

Our milk is routinely tested to ensure the highest-quality product. We practice outstanding dairy goat milking hygiene, strict daily sanitation, and rapid cooling to ensure your product is safe and delicious.
